Are you a trained EMDR therapist?

Do you work with clients who want to achieve their potential and be their best?

Are your clients feeling stuck in their lives and careers. They may have the desire to move forward but they lack the means and ideas needed to get there?

Do you work with clients who want to be their best, doing the work they love, living the life they love but they keep being held back by the past?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then my online course may be perfect for you.

This pre-recorded webinar course could be just what you need to enhance your practice with EMDR informed coaching.

We are seeing a big surge in interest in EMDR informed coaching, due to its effectiveness at helping people discover their own inner resources and use these to achieve positive change.

Post Covid we are seeing many clients who are re evaluating their life and want to make sure that they are living their best life.

We know that often our clients are held back from performing at their peak. Often this is connected to those things in their past.

Those negative experiences that laid a foundation to negative thoughts or blocking beliefs. The things that we cannot ever change. Instead we can help our clients change their relationship with those things, so they are no longer standing in their way.

EMDR informed coaching helps our clients find the reasons they are stuck in their lives and helps them achieve the things they want.

The evidence based psychological therapy EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)  was originally developed to help those with trauma. Now, it’s also used as part of coaching. It’s used to help people find the reasons they are stuck in their lives. EMDR informed coaching helps people achieve the things they want in life.

The International Coaching Federation define coaching as working with clients in a thought provoking and creative way that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. So it’s not necessarily working with symptoms that might fit into a defined mental health problem. Instead it is working with hopes and dreams and recognising what is holding people back.

I have been developing this work over the last few years and will share with you an overview of my signature system and the 6 steps I use in EMDR informed coaching.

Through EMDR coaching sessions, clients learn how to uncover those past experiences that might be holding them back from achieving their goals. What stops our clients from living their best life. With EMDR informed coaching clients develop the skills they need to move forward.

When you coach someone using EMDR, you can help them think about an event from their past that’s still affecting them negatively. You can help them move forward.

EMDR informed coaching encourages clients to identify and remove the blocks that are preventing them from achieving the things they want to achieve in life. Clients identify their goals, then they use EMDR to help them understand where they’re blocked. They then use those insights to remove the blocks so they can be their best selves.

What do I bring to EMDR informed coaching?

Hi, my name is Dr Hannah Bryan and I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and a Europe Approved EMDR Consultant and Facilitator. I have used EMDR in my Clinical practice since 2006. In 2014 I became an EMDR Consultant and an EMDR Facilitator since 2019.

In 2017 my life changed forever when my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. This continues to have a massive impact on my life and my functioning. But I felt I had a big epiphany in realising that you have one life and you need to make the most of it. Since then I have worked with several coaches to develop both personally and professionally. I have used EMDR to help myself on that journey with great outcomes.

I want to share with you some of the steps and the key learnings that I have used with myself and clients to help them realise their potential and be their best.

What previous attendees said...

Dr Sally Conway - Clinical Psychologist

Hannah has a warm and down to earth training style that made the material really accessible. I also appreciated the presentation of clinical examples that helped bring to life the nuts and bolts of using EMDR with coaching clients.

Marian - Systemic and EMDR Therapist

I was fortunate enough to attend one of Hannah Bryan's coaching workshop. Hannah is a gifted trainer, she is generous, informative, clearly has a wealth of experience. I would highly recommend her workshops.

Dr Marie Prince - Consultant Clinical Psychologist

I highly recommend Dr Bryan's EMDR coaching webinar. I have often found myself doing focussed pieces of work using EMDR to manage a person's blocking beliefs, but it felt like cheating. I was not always applying EMDR to significant trauma but using it to help people move forwards and often fairly quickly too. This is exactly what this webinar will help you to do, apply EMDR to help people achieve their potential and help you to apply EMDR to a wider range of presentations with confidence and from within an evidence based model of psychological therapy.
