Yes. You must already be trained in EMDR through an accredited program in your country. Proof of certification will be required on application.
The program runs over 4 months, starting in early October.
Live teaching sessions: 8 weekly sessions (around 1 hour each).
Practice groups: About 2 additional hours spread across the 8 weeks.
Self-led learning: Flexible, completed in your own time.
All live sessions will be recorded and available in your member area, but the expectation is to attend live where possible.
Orientation session in October.
Three modules:
Module 1: Coaching skills, ethics, and boundaries.
Module 2: EMDR skills refresher and recap of the 8-phase standard protocol.
Module 3: Eight weeks of live teaching on the Uplift Breakthrough 6-step program, with practice groups.
By the end, you will:
Gain a framework for working with performance-focused and growth-focused clients (not just symptom reduction).
Experience the Uplift Breakthrough both as a coach and as a client.
Develop your own idea/product based on the framework to use and market in your practice.
The framework can be applied flexibly, but examples include:
Athletes with performance blocks.
Professionals moving into higher-level roles but lacking confidence.
Clinicians or psychologists with imposter syndrome.
Corporate employees feeling stuck or unfulfilled.
Medics facing exam-related anxiety or blocks.
This program integrates EMDR with coaching, applying the standard protocol in a performance and growth context. It is designed to help participants take EMDR skills beyond the therapy room into new client groups and innovative applications.
Yes. Participants will be asked to produce an idea or product based on the Uplift Breakthrough framework and consider how to implement it with clients.
The program is led by a clinical psychologist experienced in EMDR and in applying it to performance and coaching contexts.
